Welcome to Mochi: Articulation Coach. By downloading, accessing, or using the mobile application published by TunToon, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use this application.
1. License and App Usage
TunToon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Mochi: Articulation Coach on your personal mobile device strictly for your individual, non-commercial speech training, pacing practices, and speaking exercises.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or reverse-engineer any portion of the application.
- Use the app’s speech evaluation features, assets, or databases for developing competitive applications.
- Automate audio input submissions or attempt to disrupt the servers, API routes, or databases.
2. User Accounts and Verification
Certain features, such as remote backups of your speaking history and custom AI coaching evaluations, require registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (via Google, Apple, or email) secure and confidential. You agree that all activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility.
3. User Voice Content and License
Mochi enables you to record, transcribe, and analyze voice audios (collectively referred to as “User Content”).
- Ownership: You retain complete intellectual ownership of your recorded audio files, speech transcripts, and spoken content.
- Processing License: By recording voice input, you grant TunToon a secure, localized license to process, convert, transcribe, and run AI evaluations on your audio recordings solely to deliver practice scores, coaching feedback, and historical telemetry directly to you inside the app.
4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Renewals
Access to certain premium modules, custom guided coaching tasks, and advanced metrics is available via paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.
- Platform Billing: All transactions are billed securely via Google Play, the Apple App Store, and RevenueCat.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled in your App Store Account Settings at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: All purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable by TunToon. If you require a refund, requests must be submitted directly to and are subject to the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Mochi: Articulation Coach is provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
- No Clinical Guarantees: Mochi is a speech-practice, articulation coaching, and educational tool. It is not a medical or clinical speech therapy app. TunToon provides no warranties that using Mochi will cure clinical speech disorders or guarantee specific personal or career speaking outcomes.
- Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TunToon, its directors, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app crashes, data losses, or your reliance on AI coaching insights.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Mochi application, databases, and AI coaching endpoints at our sole discretion, without notice, if we discover an abuse of services, violation of these terms, or unauthorized structural reverse-engineering attempts.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard regulations. Any unresolved disputes arising from these terms will fall under the jurisdiction of the local arbitration bodies.
8. Updates to Terms
We reserves the right to revise or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of Mochi: Articulation Coach after updates are published on our site constitutes your formal acceptance of the modified Terms.
