  • Photos & Media Storage: The app requests access to your device’s photo gallery/storage solely to allow you to upload your profile photo or business logo for poster framing, and to save your finalized HD festival posters to your gallery. We do not access, scan, or collect any photos outside of the specific images you select.
  • Device & Diagnostic Data: We automatically collect standard diagnostic data including device model, operating system version, Advertising ID (AD_ID) for attribution, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device tokens for festival reminder notifications, and crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose bugs and improve app stability.

2. Data Usage & Security

  • No Selling or Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, contact numbers, or uploaded branding photos to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or external developers.
  • Poster Customization: Your profile information (name, designation, photo, contact) is used solely to generate localized festival poster templates with your custom branding.
  • Secure Cloud Infrastructure: User profiles, dynamic poster configurations, and notification tokens are hosted using Google Firebase cloud infrastructure protected by strict security rules and SSL/TLS encryption in transit and at rest. Poster customization preferences are stored locally on your device.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Festival Poster Kannada offers optional premium subscriptions (e.g., ad-free experience, unlimited poster downloads with photo, and early access to upcoming festival artworks). All mobile transactions, subscription statuses, and billing cycles are securely processed by Google Play Billing and managed through RevenueCat. TunToon never accesses, stores, or processes your credit card, UPI, or financial credentials directly.

4. Push Notifications & Regional Alerts

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send timely alerts about upcoming festivals, Jayantis, and state occasions. Notifications are organized by general broadcast topics and city/district-specific updates so you receive relevant regional poster reminders. You can disable or customize notification permissions at any time in your device system settings.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Your profile details and poster preferences are maintained as long as your account remains active. You hold complete ownership over your data. You may request the permanent deletion of your phone number, profile record, and all associated cloud telemetry at any time by sending an email with your registered phone number to hello@tuntoon.com.

6. Disclaimer & Security Practices

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols and secure database access rules to ensure the integrity of your information. While we maintain routine safeguards and verified backend integrations, TunToon provides no warranties against potential data losses arising from unforeseen technical outages, device- side data purges, or force majeure events.

7. Children’s Privacy

Festival Poster Kannada is not designed or intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information or phone numbers from children. If we become aware that personal data from a child under 13 has been collected without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete it from our servers.
