Welcome to Political Poster Kannada. By downloading, accessing, or using the mobile application published by TunToon, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use this application.
1. License and App Usage
TunToon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Political Poster Kannada on your personal mobile device strictly for personal or political campaign poster creation, political leadership greetings, civic announcements, and promotional sharing.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or reverse-engineer any portion of the application.
- Use the app’s political poster templates, party graphics, Kannada typography, assets, or databases for developing competitive applications.
- Automate downloads or attempt to disrupt the servers, API routes, or databases.
- Create or distribute defamatory, hate speech, election-code violating, or unlawful content using the app.
2. User Accounts and Verification
Certain features, such as cloud backup of your customized profiles, saved leader cutouts, and subscription sync across devices, require registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (via Google, Apple, or authentication) secure and confidential. You agree that all activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility.
3. User Content and Political Branding License
Political Poster Kannada enables you to upload photos, candidate cutouts, party designations, contact details, and custom slogans (collectively referred to as “User Content”).
Ownership: You retain complete intellectual ownership of your uploaded photos, campaign graphics, and personal branding materials.
Processing License: By uploading content, you grant TunToon a secure, localized license to process, resize, crop, remove background, and render your images solely to generate customized political posters and display them directly to you inside the app.
4. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Renewals
Access to premium political templates, watermark removal, and unlimited HD downloads is available via paid subscriptions or passes.
Platform Billing: All transactions are billed securely via Google Play, the Apple App Store, and RevenueCat.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled in your Google Play or App Store Account Settings at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: All purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable by TunToon. If you require a refund, requests must be submitted directly to and are subject to the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
5. Political Neutrality and Legal Compliance Disclaimers
Political Poster Kannada is provided to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
Political Neutrality: TunToon is an independent technology publisher and does not endorse, affiliate with, or represent any political party, candidate, ideology, or campaign organization.
Election & Legal Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any political poster, campaign advertisement, or promotional banner created using the app strictly complies with the Model Code of Conduct (MCC), Election Commission of India (ECI) guidelines, and local laws.
Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TunToon, its directors, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app crashes, data losses, election disputes, legal notices, or third-party claims arising from user-created posters.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Political Poster Kannada application, databases, and services at our sole discretion, without notice, if we discover an abuse of services, violation of these terms, or unauthorized reverse-engineering attempts.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any unresolved disputes arising from these terms will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
8. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of Political Poster Kannada after updates are published constitutes your formal acceptance of the modified Terms.
